Marco Mazzetti lámina Primavera art nouveau + arte pop 2007

This poster is relevant to the Art Nouveau style as it contains a prominent female subject, natural flowing lines, and intricate line art. This poster has little geometric influence, and the typeface also seems natural, almost as if it were hand drawn. Not to mention, the figure lacks natural shading and has a flatter tone that can be seen in many pieces within the theme of art nouveau. This piece is very different as it encompasses art nouveau's style while adding a modern spin to it with the use of neon colors. This piece interested me from the start as it combined two distinct styles, both art nouveau and pop art. I find this to be a very successful mesh of the two styles, and create a unique and captivating work.
